More about Gopikrishnan and Jixie
Gopikrishnan is a mechanical engineering graduate of College of Engineering Trivandrum, with a PGDHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur. His experience includes working with local mechanics and managing factory operations at a two-wheeler firm. That mix of engineering experience and practical curiosity shapes Jixie’s approach.

No. It starts an enquiry. We’ll agree availability, work and arrangements with you before a booking is confirmed.
Can you quote before seeing the bike?
Tell us your model and the symptoms first. The appropriate repair and estimate depend on inspection. We’ll explain the proposed work, parts and costs before proceeding.
Is pickup or roadside help always available?
Please call to check. Availability depends on your location and the work required. We’ll confirm timing and charges; an immediate response is not guaranteed.
What should I include in my enquiry?
Your bike model and year, the symptoms, your preferred day and your location if you need pickup. Add a clear photo or short video in WhatsApp if it helps explain the issue.
Do the sample products fit my bike?
